7. Returns and Cancellation Rights

Returned items must:
- be unused and in original condition

- not be activated, registered or linked to any personal account
- not have been connected to a mobile network or SIM card
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Devices that have been activated, registered with a Vertu account, connected to a network, or otherwise used beyond reasonable inspection may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
The cancellation right does not apply to:
- personalised or customised items
- goods damaged after delivery due to misuse
- sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs, including returns, and no restocking fee will apply.
